Heat your milk. Add the powder. Stir. Done.

I seriously enjoy these. I have mine in the morning with coffee or at mid day without coffee. It really is a sweet treat that you can feel good about. I did underestimate how sweet it is on it's own, but that is a mistake you only make once. After that it was smooth sailing!
