While Starbucks’ Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is a popular pick, our version made with KimlyParc’s Craft Instant Espresso offers the same seasonal delight with a healthier twist. Free from artificial syrups and more budget-friendly, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a cleaner, more affordable version of your favorite fall drink at home.
Ingredients:
1 packet of KimlyParc Craft Instant Espresso
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsbp half & half (or 2%)
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon powder
Directions:
1. Prepare the espresso using 1 packet of KimlyParc Craft Instant Espresso
2. Mix heavy cream, half & half, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and the cinnamon powder to create the pumpkin cream
3. In a cup filled with ice, add the espresso, then top it with the pumpkin cream.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder or pumpkin spice on top for an extra touch of autumn flavor!
